tmSurvey™ features a custom, online survey creation  system that gives your business a wizard-style, step-by-step interface to create, send and track online surveys in real-time.

Create one or multi-page surveys, single or multi-option responses per survey, unlimited number of respondents, etc. You’re in control. Choose from a variety of custom templates for a unique look and feel or customize them for additional personalization. Furthermore, if you are already using one of our other products within the tmDMarketer™ digital marketing suite, you can work with the same database of users to invite one, some, or all to participate in the survey. Use our tmMailCast™ solution to send out personalized initiations to new or existing contacts or post a link on your web site to link to the survey.

Easy to Use

The user-friendly web interface lets you build each survey, one question at a time, preview your survey and assign important functions to each. Typically, assigned tasks include activate/deactivate date; display status; required/not required designation. Formatting style features allow questions to display one-by-one, or all questions at one time. Responses are forwarded to a designated e-mail box for review or they can be viewed through the online management interface.

Instant Reporting

Reporting modules compile statistics on a variety of pertinent data such as number of responses, totals, averages, and high and low values. The administrative interface lets you download data in tab or quote-comma delimited format in order to export to other applications or create custom reports.
